His well-founded as well as versatile professional experiences from different industries make André a real multi-talent who does not shy away from any challenge. Whether it’s the management of a new training or IT project, the development and expansion of modern project management standards or a team training on the topic of project management – with his interdisciplinary competence and his great creative drive, he implements everything with aplomb. Due to his vita he is also in demand with his business management competences and accompanies e.g. business plans or M&A processes.

- Master's degree in political science (major), education and philosophy at the University of Cologne, degree: Magister Artium (M.A.)
- Professional training as a commercial clerk in the real estate and housing industry at a large Cologne housing company
- Additional training in project management and team leadership at the Career Service of the University of Cologne
- Trainer aptitude test at the IHK Cologne
- Several years of voluntary work as a member of the supervisory board of a non-profit company in the social sector - since 2021 as chairman of the supervisory board
- Marketing manager (communication, networking and business development) at a renowned commercial law firm and management consultancy in Düsseldorf
- Consultant for communication and press, as well as training manager at a lobbying association of the telecommunication industry
- Consultant (statistics, business administration, controlling, commercial member consulting) at a federal retail association
- Consultant for public relations and association management at a large medical practice association in NRW
Character
After graduating from high school, André, who was born in Cologne, first completed a commercial apprenticeship before studying for a Master of Arts (M.A.). In his private life, André is socially engaged and was, for example, a cash auditor and parent representative of a daycare center for many years. For several years, he has been volunteering for people with disabilities on the supervisory board of a GmbH.
